Equipment Repair
Though we promote Astoria, Wega, La Marzocco, La Spaziale, Dalla Corte, and Cafina/Melitta machines, we service nearly all other brands of machines as well without hesitation. We are able to buy parts for most machines directly from the manufacturer. Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, all trained to service not only espresso machines but also other pieces of equipment in the café setting. We represent many of the world’s best manufacturers but are happy to service all makes and models including super-automatic and home machines.
What makes us different from other service companies is our dedication. In a broad sense, it is our dedication to superior espresso. Centered in a major coffee hot spot, we respect the reputation built here. Our place in upholding that reputation is to ensure that no drink is dirtied or weakened by the machine that creates it.
This also includes the users of the machine. We prove our dedication to each barista, each manager, and each owner by providing the same rates 24 hours a day, by fostering habits in cleanliness and preventative maintenance, by selling machines guaranteed to produce better coffee and save money now and in the long run.
Completing the circle is our vendors. We have regular “face-time” with most of our vendors as they are located in Seattle and love to talk espresso. Other service companies in the area have sent business our way after our personal relationship with them overcame the “rules of competition”.

Equipment Rental:
Espresso Rescue rents equipment for special events. We have a variety of equipment to suit your needs. Professional caterers are welcome to inquire. Please call for details and availability of equipment.
Equipment Refurbishment and Customization:
Espresso Rescue refurbishes and customizes espresso machines and grinders! This service is limited to equipment under ten years old with ample parts availability.
Refurbishing your current equipment is much more affordable in comparison to buying new. Complete refurbishments are granted a one year warranty on new parts. Please see our Refurbishment section for more details and pictures of past projects. Call for an estimate today!
Customizing your machine can set you apart from your competitors. Creating functional art out of your equipment will distinguish you from the “cookie cutter” image that many cafes and drive-thrus fall victim to. Barista Training and Café Consultation:
Espresso Rescue offers exceptional training opportunities for you and your staff. We are happy to travel to your location to train using your equipment (travel fees apply) or we can host trainings at our shop in Hawks Prairie! Basic training can include up to ten people. We go over espresso preparation, milk texturing, blending techniques, equipment troubleshooting, and cleaning procedures. For more advanced training in repair, please call for availability.
As a low-cost service to our customers, we are happy to review general procedures and “flow” of your business including (but not limited to): layout and space constrictions, product quality, accounting procedure, marketing, and employee management.
Equipment Recycling Program:
If your espresso machine or grinder has finally kicked the bucket, let us take care of recycling it appropriately! Espresso machines can contain elements that are harmful to the environment (some older safety valves contain mercury!) and need to be disassembled completely by a professional. |
